LaundryOS started in a real plant. We were operators first — pushing trolleys, fighting paper, arguing with hospitals about counts, watching linen budgets bleed out through shrinkage no one could explain. Every feature in LaundryOS exists because we needed it ourselves.
We spent decades on the floor before we wrote a single line of code. That's the difference. Most laundry software is built by engineers who've never set foot in a plant.
