This Privacy Policy explains how Luminar Software Pty Ltd ("Luminar", "we", "us"), the operator of LaundryOS, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you use our website and platform (together, the "Services").
LaundryOS is an operating platform for commercial laundries, provided by Luminar Software Pty Ltd. We are responsible for the personal information we handle in connection with the Services. If you have any questions, contact us at privacy@laundry-os.com.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your customer data to train AI models.
Where the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply, we handle personal information in accordance with them. Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
We share personal information only as needed to run the Services: with trusted sub-processors (such as cloud hosting, infrastructure and analytics providers) bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations; with your organisation's administrators; and where required by law. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Customer data is retained according to your organisation's agreement with us, and deleted or returned on request after termination.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@laundry-os.com. For customer data, please direct requests to your organisation, for whom we act as a processor.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we put appropriate safeguards in place as required by applicable law.
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the site, as well as optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
